It was YUM.
Thick and rich, with just the right amount of spice.
It was better than an ice cold Diet Coke.
Well, almost.
Full of good things and so satisfying.
Pumpkin Smoothie
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
dash vanilla
1-2 cups almond milk
2 T chia seeds
sweetener - Splenda or honey if desired
Instructions (pay attention here)... Blend until smooth.
